We Remember, We Rise, We Refuse to Look Away
Today we gather with our hearts uncovered and our spirits trembling with truth, to remember our trans community, the ones who have endured trauma, the ones who I cannot control my family. I cannot control my community. I cannot control this world spinning wild on its axis.
But I can change me.
From that deep-down place where Spirit is pure, where peace is not a dream but a dwelling place, I woke up unhooked from the chaos of the world.
I choose me today. I choose a life that is peaceful, hopeful

I Choose Me Today
I choose me today. Because somewhere between yesterday’s heartbreak and this morning’s breath, I finally learned the lesson Spirit kept whispering:
I cannot control my family.

Cups of Love
I’m giving out free cups of love today.
poured fresh, steaming, soul-deep.
If your cup is empty, baby, take a sip.
Let it touch the places you forgot were thirsty.
If your cup is full, don’t hold it tight.
spill some into somebody else’s hands,
let it run over, let it ripple,
let it move like blessing in motion.
’Cause you...
you are love in a walking body.
You are deserving of every drop you give away
and every drop that finds its way back home to you.
So pause.
