This 4 hour or 8 hour workshop, based on the work of William Bridges, is designed to help participants navigate personal transitions with greater ease and confidence. Using Bridges' Three-Phase Transition Model, the workshop provides practical tools and strategies to manage change, cope with endings, and embrace new beginnings. Participants will engage in reflective exercises, group discussions, and interactive activities to develop a deeper understanding of their own transition processes. Course Goals: Understand the Transition Process: Gain insights into the psychological and emotional aspects of personal transitions. Manage Endings Effectively: Learn techniques to cope with and let go of past roles, identities, and experiences. Navigate the Neutral Zone: Develop strategies to manage the uncertainty and ambiguity that often accompany transitions. Embrace New Beginnings: Identify and commit to new roles, goals, and opportunities with confidence and clarity. Course Objectives: Recognize the Phases of Transition: Understand the three phases of transition: Ending, Neutral Zone, and New Beginning. Develop Coping Strategies: Learn practical coping mechanisms to handle the stress and emotions associated with transitions. Create a Personal Transition Plan: Design a personalized plan to navigate future transitions more effectively. Enhance Self-Awareness: Increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence through reflective exercises and discussions.
